How has your state changed?

I have lived in Florida since 68. Have seen many population changes, and the pains that come with them. Jobs are tough because the state has depended on tourism and construction too long. There is no real industry. Citrus is down over the last 10 years too.
On the 'up' side, there is starting to be a environmental movement that is trying to conserve lakes and land.
How are your states doing with 'progress'?

The politicians are getting fatter while the people are getting thinner.

Too many people. Too few speak English. Excess of uninsured on the road with little enforcement.

LOL...I can tell you live in the Triangle LOL

Move on up to the Triad area......we've got it..but just not as bad as they do around Raleigh........I cringe every day I go to lunch when I am working out of my Raleigh office.

How has your state changed?

We're getting more and more people, a lot of them don't speak English, and the lakes are getting lower and lower.

How has your state changed?

I lived in Macon,GA for most of my life And for thelast thirty years I witnessed taxes and crime go unchecked and go up. I've seen property values go down. I've seen little convenience stores, drug stores, and auto parts open in the down trodden sections of that town only to close later due to blatant shop lifting robbery and pan handling. The electorate are so biased ad uneducated that they elected and re-elected a crooked Mayor. The last I hear is at least 20 million dollars id missing and nobody knows where it is. The Feds have been investigating for the last several years. The former Mayor who came into office a middle income earner is now a multi millioair, the useful idiots who elected him are still bitching about the same things and no better off than they were eight or so years ago.
Here in NC the politicians are robbing the hell out of the DOT and are figuring a way to raise our already highest in the nation gas taxes! It's our fault that revenue is down because gas was so high and we cut back o driving.

HELLO NO, not ridding. Its a shame 'bout the vest though. I don't know what the problem was, the fee back that I rad was all positive. And the price was right.

How has your state changed?

Was born and raised in Asheville, NC. Too many tree huggers have moved in and they have taken over, Industrial jobs are gone. But have no fear there are plenty of min wage, part time jobs, very part time. They have too many people with blue hair and very tourist orientated, and refuse to let the NCDOT make driving in the area easier because they might cut down a tree or move a condemned building. Folks like me have moved out. Love my small town now.
