Helen Spring Rally Rides

CoachA suggested a poll on the three possible rides I posted earlier.

The details on these ride routes are posted here:

http://kawanow.proboards77.com/index...y&thread=10068

Please look them over and decide which of the three you would like to do.

My feeling is that if there is enough interest we could probably do two of the routes.

The ride day is Saturday, April 25 so only one ride could be done by any rider.

Good looking routes. I like the first one.

I don't know enough about the area to say which one is better.

Which ever ride will give us the most fun & best scenery, that's the one I want to go on.

I voted for ride #2 since I'm not interest in fighting the Dragon, especially on a Saturday.

Also, and here's where Coach will have a chuckle, ;) since I've got about 700 miles from Naples to Helen, a little shorter ride is not a bad thing for me.

I know the roads and it will be a beautiful ride. If the majority votes a different route, it'll be all good by me. I'm in :)

LOL, it is ok Joe. You'll be fine. Let's all vote and get it decided.

I kinda like the # two ride to 5or 6 hours will be plenty for me. I will go along with what ever the most wonts to do.

Well, I see that a couple of posts have said they liked the #2 ride but it shows zero votes. ????

Hey Bob I also like the idea of staying in NGeorgia area. My vote is for NGeorgia area! I also think the Ladies would like the Highlands area for a little shopping we don't want to forget about them! [GOOSE]

I have noticed that #2 is catching up. Keep the votes coming.

Looked like #1 was a losing cause so I changed my vote.

Would like the maximum bang for the buck. This will probably be the only Rally of any type I attend this year...and who knows what next year might bring. Would prefer the longest and/or prettiest route.

I'm sure nothing that is picked will be the best for everyone. I just want to have a good, preferably long, ride. See some sights and enjoy the company. I had put down Route #1 initially since I doubt that I will be getting back to this area any time soon. Changed my vote when it appeared I was in a small minority.

Goose, unless they are shopping for bling for their bike, there is no need for a shopping trip.

Sounds good to me. I've got time, now all I need is money.
