What year did ABS become standard on Voyagers?

I thought ABS was standard from 2013 on until I saw this 2013 on Craigslist that is clearly a non-ABS model. The color scheme tells me it's definitely a 2013 though. Could it be a 2013 sold overseas in a market where ABS wasn't standard, and then it wound up in Texas?

2014 was the first year it became standard, from 2009-2013 it was optional.

From this link it looks like the 2015 was the first year it was standard. Look at the "Curb Weight" for each year and before 2015 it has two weights listed, one with ABS and one without. 2015 and on has only one weight.

Interesting, this is Kelley Blue Book for 2013 showing non-ABS and ABS models as options:

And this is for 2014 showing only ABS models as an option:

Then there is the press release from Kawasaki stating that 2014 includes K-ACT/ABS, notice it doesn’t state that it is an option.

This review talking about ABS for 2014 and no mention of a non-ABS version:

Weird - I'd always thought it became standard in 2013 because I'd never seen a non-ABS 2013 until I saw this listing. But yeah, if the model year specs on the Vulcanbagger.org are correct, it looks like 2015 is when it became standard. Even so, if the used market is any indication, the vast majority of 2013 and 2014 Voyagers sold were ABS models.

If you look at 5 links I posted including a press release by Kawasaki themselves, it all points to the fact that 2014 was the first year. That Vulcan Bagger link is wrong according to the several links I posted.

From NADA, 2013 shows non-ABS and ABS models, 2014 shows only ABS models and includes a note that the 2014 models include ABS (no longer optional).

Cool - looks like the preponderance of evidence points to 2014 as the year ABS became standard.

2013 was the last year of the VN1700A. All 2014 and up models were ABS only.
