I have no reason to say anything but the truth as others can weigh theirs when they get one. Not paid by the producer at all LOL had to say that everyone does.

No it is strong believe me I love the product over Chucksters. The Chucksters did bend on me in the accident in two places. The tongue for one and the right side bar also bent. It was a heck of an impact into fencing so stopping the biked travel was the force that bent it.

Thanks for taking my word I appreciate that. It is a mighty fine product if you ask me.

Not trying to imply that you would not be truthful. We say "I'll take your word for it" when we can't quite make sense of something, but believe what someone else is saying.

I can see how it mounts and how the underside looks. Thank you, one from standing up As onlookers would see the hitch down the road or parked installed on the bike would be another angle to the deciding factors of how it looks to others and the round about all over looks of the bike.
I’m not sure what causes that but I think it has to do with uploading pics from a phone, I will search the forum for the reason.

Flipped

Note, it only has 4 mount points under saddle bags where other two hitches use 6. If I knew it would fit with my 2 into 1 exhaust and it had a receiver tube to accept cargo rack I would be sold. I suppose I am on the only one on forum that is running 2 into 1 exhaust and hitch.

Pictures of hitch on 2016 Vaquero
So DVF … Can you give me a measurement from the floor to top of the ball, with the bike upright of the stand? Need to make sure any trailer I buy will tow level.
one more question= In the pic it looks like you have 1/32" ( I made that up) to zero clearance where the hitch/receiver? comes out under the fender. Any Rattles?? and could you use a washer to drop it down to increase clearance??

Thank you inadvance

Hitch measurements

I took some pictures so that you could see the measurements hope this is what you were looking for mbarr. The gap is small 2/32" you weren't far off lol, and looking at it I think you could put some fender washers between the hitch and the ball attachment.

I actually would like to see pictures where it mounts to saddle bags if you can. Here is my thread showing pic of where Marvellous hitch would not fit with V&H 2 into 1. Chuckster's wouldn't fit either so I changed exhaust and hitch modified the Freedom bracket.

I am assuming since it is a piece of flat stock I can wedge it between the top part of muffler bracket and saddle bag mount. Yellow lines show where hitch bracket is hitting muffler bracket.

Lumberjack, What is the top of the ball height on your Chucksters hitch?

Yes, thanks. It looks like this hitch will fit with 2 into 1 exhaust as it is sandwiched in between and doesn't look like it will hit exhaust bracket.

I just got the hitch. It is a solid piece of metal.
Didn't measure it but I would say it's 5/16-3/8 thick.
And yes it does weigh 10 lbs. It's not as big as you might think.
That's why it's not as heavy as it looks in the video.
Kind of a pain to get mounted on the bike but less visible than chucksters.
I have chucksters on my 1600 Nomad. His hitch wouldn't work with Tri-Ovals that's why I bought this one.
I don't like the fact that the ball mount is bolted on and not pinned so it can be removed.
I'll just have to bolt it on the once or twice a year I'm going to use it.
The Tri-Ovals work with it so mission accomplished.
Doubt I would have found it without this thread so thanks for sharing the info.
