MC cover up when stopped

I ride with a sheepskin on the seat and often camp. I hate coming back to the bike to find a wet seat but all the full MC covers are to bulky to carry in the saddlebag. After failing to find what I wanted I was determined to use a cut up tarp to make a small cover that just covers the seat. Then literally days before I actually started making it someone posted about a cover that just fit the bill and only cost $15. (It might have been posted here and if so thanks to the poster).

I ordered it and it from Blindcycle and it is seems great. It covers the seat and tank. It is attached by elastic loops, one on each corner. But the best thing is that when folded it only takes up about as much space as a hankerchief. I haven't had a chance to use it yet so my opinion could change but at $15 it was worth the risk.

Don't you love it when someone solves a problem and makes the solution affordable?

I have two covers. One is a full size Dowco Guardian that I use when touring. I like to put it over the bike to keep eyes off the bike at motels. The other is a Dowco Guardian too, but it is smaller and doesn't cover the sides below the tank.

I use it at work to keep dust and leaves off my bike. The landscape crew uses leaf blowers and the bikes get covered with crap on the days they are here.

Glad you found what you were looking for. Anything to keep the seat dry is a good thing.

Good suggestion I like the idea.

Thats a great idea, I don't think sitting on a wet sheepskin would be very very nice. I keep a nylon cover that does the complete bike. It folds up quite small and is only used when Im away from home.

Saw this at the motorcycle show. Since you camp and you ride Nomad it would be perfect.

Could you post a pic of it on your bike?
