I ride to work when the temperatures are in the 30's. It doesn't get much colder than that, and the heated grips mean I can wear regular gloves, instead of looking like I'm riding with a baby seal on each hand.

I know there are plenty here who wouldn't ride at all when it's that cold.

I'll bring my lawn chair and a lot of Peach Pie to enjoy the entertainment of seeing that. Would definitely have enough for you after the butt whooping you would put on everyone.
