2008 Nomad for sale
OK after much soul searching I have decided to put my Nomad up for sale. It has the following:
10,600 miles Mustang Solo Seat with backrest 2 new OEM tires Wide Open Customs Fairing with 4 speakers and radio Light Bar Lower Bag Rails New Kury Grips Bag Liners Engine Guard Chaps I have all original parts The bike is in perfect condition with a small scratch at the gas cap. I bought the bike new in Jan of 09. It has been kept garaged in my heated garage. I have all service records. The bike is Red and Black. I am asking $11,000 for everything including all original parts. I am selling it to by a Voyager. If anyone is serious pm me an email and I will send pics Login or Register to Remove Ads |

If that is what you want holdout and I think you will get what you are asking. If it doesn't sell then you could always come down a little.

Hey Paddy, dosen't look like you are having much luck? Used bike market sucks! Might be that you'll just have to tough it out on a Nomad for a couple more years. That is kind a what I came up with.

It is a buyers market at the present. Good for shopping, bad for selling. But it was an inherited economy, don't blame the president.

Well I have been offered 8,700 on a trade.... but thats the way it sets and with all OEM items included..... I don't feel stuck with the Nad I love it..... It's just a lot of work and money to put a tour pac on and add the mustang passinger seat. When I bought this bike I could have bought about any bike with in reason.... Now that the other half wants to ride I need the box ect...... I'm outa here till monday....... riding for 3 days!!

My story is very similar to yours, except for one key part.
I bought an '08 Nomad, too. Also in January, '09. Also red & black. I have a few more miles, almost 14,000. No Mustang seat.  The big difference? Mine's not for sale! :-)
