Add pic to profile

Can't seem to add a pic below my signature.. I have the avatar one done

I thought I was the only one. I've tried and tried and read the posts regarding this. To no avail.

Ok figured it out...
For those of you with the same issue...do as follows:
Under your User Control Panel, scroll down to the Settings and Options heading and under that select "Edit Options"
Scroll down to the bottom under Miscellaneous Options and select Standard or Enhanced editor.
Now when you go back to attach your pic to the signature the "Insert Signature Picture" will be there...
At least for me it is now
