Adding new photos

So last week I had no problem creating an album and adding pictures to it. Now I can't seem to find an option to upload new pictures. I was able to create a new album but can't add any pictures. Nor can I add any pictures to my previous album. Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong??

You most likely hit your limit on the amount of pics you can upload.
