Lights and Connectors

I received this email from a friend...found it interesting so I thought I'd share. - Trip

----------------------------------------------------------------
After Sturgis, I bought a set of HyperLites ( www.hyperlites.com) LED brake lights for my Ultra Classic.

In the package was a new product called a < Posi-Tap > for connecting wires (up to 4 wires) to a single hot lead...no crimping and the integrity of your wiring is left intact. My kit included the 'RED' Posi-Tap model for 18 gauge wiring (it comes in 3 sizes) These connectors really make a great wiring connection and it's all done without any tools.

Check this out and watch the "Demo" they offer.

http://www.posi-lock.com/posiplug.html

I see where the "Posi-Tap" products are offered locally at -

O'Reilly Auto - All New Products
Carquest - All New Products
Napa - All New Products
Crutchfield - Mobile Electronic Kits, Posi-Twist, Posi-Taps, Blade Fuseholder
Harbor Freight - Posi-Locks, Posi-Taps, Blade Fuseholder

Cool product. Wished I had those when I installed my Cobra light bar with spots.

Interesting. The same type of connector came on a fuse jack from Wally world.
