Day trip tomorrow Sat 8/23

I'm taking an all day ride tomorrow and leaving West Greenwich RI at about 7:30 AM. If anyone's interested in hooking up let me know. My intent is to head north to NH and spend the day in the saddle with a goal of getting back to base around 7PM.

Ought to be a prime day for riding, flavor. Hope you get companionship to share it with; I'm at a wrench and drench (pool) party today and have to lead a bunch of newbies for 45 miles through towns and backroads to get there ;) Hope I'll be able to hook up for a ride sooner or later... Have a great and safe ride... Moe

The trip went well. Made tracks on 95 to 93 just to make time so as to put more miles in NH. Hit route 3, 28, 16 (Concord), 112 (Kangamangus Hwy), to Lincoln where I grabbed a sandwich. Then 118SW to 4 west to 12 south to Charleston NH where I stopped for a few beverages at one of my sister in laws house. Continued through south west NH on route 12 and going through Worcester and arriving home. The roads were clear of any real traffic but enough that I always seemed to be behind a car traveling 5 miles over the speed limit. The Kangamangus is always beautiful but slow going. Road quality wasn't bad for the trip and route 118 had the tightest twisties but needed to be repaved. All in all, it was great to be out on the bike all day. Left the house at 7:30 and arrived home at about 9 PM. Total miles for the day 519. May be I'll catch you on a trip soon.
