Why not go to the hardware store or an industrial supply shop and just find one that fits.
When mine got tired and stretched a little I just replaced it with one I found in the garage.

There is no 'right' part.

There are those that work and those that don't.

After trying numerous springs, some too weak, some too strong, some too short, some too long.I have concluded that there is a right part, its sold by Kawasaki, and probably fits on thousands of different things. But the farting about, trying to find an alternative, just aint worth the effort.
