I'm a Canadian but have a cabin in the Mt. Baker area of Washington State, pay property tax's etc., so I thought that would give me the right to speak to the issue. I signed it as well. Thanks OB.

Signed this already. Really don't know what impact it will have. The real impact is nailing the price gouging retailers. We have a new convience shop opening in town. The only other station decided to get it while they can and jumped prices 25 cents a week before they opened and have now dropped prices back. They just lost my business for good.

I guess the government isn't too concerned about all the spinoff business that is affected by high fuel prices. RV's, Motorhomes, campgrounds, resorts, lodges, and a thousand others are suffering the losses. Im sure next winter will be tough on the snowmobile and ATV business also.

And that's not counting what it's going to do for food or any/everything that rides on a truck to get to us. I went last friday and bought my Amsoil. Last time I bought it, it was $9 a quart, now it's $12 a quart . I asked him WTF, and he said it's due to oil prices. I said "it's synthetic" he said " UPS went up on their freight". Looks like might be getting a Moped

The last four or five fillups in the bike are now all about $25.00 each time. I filled up four times this week in the bike, thats more than I used to put in the p/u truck.

Gallons or Dollars??? ::) I know the feeling. To fill the pickup is around $110 to 120 when on empty. Try to fill up at half. Doesn't hurt as bad. The bike is around $15 to 17. Gee, I remember when that was a single digit.
