It was a little chilly today but did manage two rides but only totaled 9 miles for the day.

Just got back from seeing the girlfriend at 1.30am! 34 mile round trip. Very windy out but not too cold at all.

No riding today, there's a storm on its way here from SoCal bringing rain to the valley and snow above 3000'. Aw, doesn't matter much to me, I'm on call this weekend anyway.

Beautiful day with temp near 70 and rode a total of 37 miles. Rode through Albertville and to Guntersville and watched the boats on the Tennessee River.

Temps near 80°F and spitting drizzle; rode 240 miles through the Hill Country. Stopped in at Koyote Ranch (Motorcycle Destination & RV Park) for a few minutes. Stopped in Luckenbach to watch bikes and people. Good stuff, but bike is filthy.

I need to find out what the HD crowd was using on their bikes cuz they were C.L.E.A.N. Must be a special moisture & road grime repellent.

Actually, I think they came out after the rain had stopped.

It's been a beautiful day today. Went for a shake down ride ealier today after putting cam chain extenders on, the another one with the wife, total for those two was about 180. Later this evening, gonna do about a 10 or 20 miler to send the odo over 60,000. As the KawaTanker sits right now, she has 59,992.

We did about 150 miles Saturday.
East TN and west NC.
The roads were so narrow, steep and twisty I don't think I got into 5th more than once or twice all day (and it took all day).
It's a tough life around here.

With the almost perfect weather we've been having here, I had to go catch some damned bug that has kept me in the house for the last two weeks! Sinus drainage, continous hacking cough and sneezing. Went to Stat Care and got an antibiotic shot in the butt, have been on antibiotic pills and cough medicine since then. I'm starting in on my third week of 'crud' tomorrow and still in the house with the sun shining outside.

Now, having said all that: you guys take advantage of any good weather you can and get out there and RIDE! Enjoy yourself and the freedom being on a motorcycle brings. There's nothing else in the world quite like that feeling so don't let the opportunity to get in the saddle pass you by, regardless! And, please, ride safely!
