sun was shining at work time so Luci brought me to the plant. Was enjoyable to roll on the throttle on the beltway in the sunshine. Mental health adjustment.

I did about 120 miles, rode by Mel Tillis's ranch off I-40 and back nice sunny day.

Rode to Cedar Key for lunch via Williston, Bronson and back home about 143 miles 68 degree weather, nice day.

Rode down to Theriot which is close to the coast. About 65 miles. Cloudy and cool but it felt great to get out.

62 miles, 45°F, 30 MPH wind with gusts to 45MPH but it was great.

It was cold today with the high of about 34 but I needed and wanted to get the Nomad on the road a bit. Bundled up and rode to Wal-Mart and to the bank. Got a little chilly but it was worth it to be on the bike again.

Temperature got to around 55 today so I took a 31 mile ride. It really felt good to be riding.

Was rainy all day and never broke 55* so Lucille stayed in the garage. Guess that is paying the price for the awesome ride to Goliad on Saturday.

Yep, rode to Houma after getting a wake up phone call from my manager to meet him for lunch. My wife wasn't home and my son in law had my truck while his was in the shop. Only transportation available for the cold gray skies was my Nomad. Wasn't too bad. Just avoided the puddles.

Afternoon here was 52 or 53 so I went for a ride of probably 10 to 12 miles. Felt really nice.

Rode about 6" today. Yup, just far enough to test the clutch and make sure it wasn't sticking. Outside temp warmed up to mid-20's so it seemed like a good day to give the engine a warm-up.
It must be cabin fever when a garage full of exhaust smells GREAT! About 6 more weeks to wait.
