Update for all. Hard work and $$ paid off. Sold the house to the first visitor. Full price offer with flexible closing date - basically our ideal buyer. A little bit of negotiation on inspection details, but we are under contract for the sale of our current house. Now, we just need the new construction to pick up the pace a bit.
