ISC Valve #1 (for Rear Cylinder)

Hi

I wanted to clean the throttle bodies on my 05 Nad & to my surprise, found the ISC Valve #1 (for Rear Cylinder) just hanging by the tube. Noticed that the 3 fasteners (Grommets) brook off...
Anybody else?

Cheers

Mine have been long removed, you will either have to rig up a way to remount it or just get rid of them.

I did remount them, I should have mentioned that, thanks Ring :)
By removing them, what happens?

You won't hear the clattering of them anymore, but the bike wont idle as well until it warms up.

I wish my ISC brackets would fall away ........ I bent the outter arm in to fit the 9x2" filter.

If you pull them off, cap and seal air tight wherre the hoses go onto the steel tubings. Tape up the connectors so they will never touch, and wire tie them to the holes on the backing plate out of the air flow.

All done.

Cold start idle may be a bit low. You have choices there. If you have a throttle lock you can use that. You do have that quassi choke and could use that, and you have a right hand and could use that.

I either use the modded vista cruise T lock, or my right hand. My 06 idles up about right in under 30 seconds as it is from cold.

If you have a TFI you will hardly notice any difference.
