Kind of makes me wonder why if its being sold as the "solution" are they handing out waivers to so many.

Maybe its not so good.... maybe they didnt want them to add their 2 cents in during the arguments, I mean they must have had some very valid points to be allowed not to participate in something everyone else will be forced to...dont you think?

Havent researched it totally yet... but have found that Pelosi's district and Reids state got waivers.... and I'm pretty sure everyone already knows the Politicians that created it made sure they were exempt from it.

Personally I dont need to go beyond that to see "if the people who created it and touted how GREAT a thing it is, are trying to get their people exempted".....must not be that good.
Also appears Unions might have an in on the exempt status too.

So go figure....I look at the actions not always the words.

Hope Obama's implied "they dont have the power to overturn anything cause they werent elected" speech yesterday has any effect on the outcome.

If they do overturn it expect a war powers act and Marshal law to be enacted. Nothing from this power grabbing president would surprise me in the least!

Considering this guy is supposed to be a Constitutional law professor somebody needs to remind him about "Checks and Balances" and why we have 3 seperate branches of Government.. Jeeze Louise...

I think his major was "finding loopholes in Constitutional law and exploiting them".....
and I tend to agree with you on how far will he go, he seems to be stressing about the audacity of anyone not agreeing with him and the 2700 pages no one read before passing scam being questioned.
or maybe its just the stress of seeing that there is a distinct possibility of not getting another term, we are starting to see in a lot of his reactions to anything that doesnt go his way, I dont believe he understands that he's not an Emperor and we do have branches of government to help insure there cant be one....yet.
