I will be watching the series and cheering on the Royals, it has been a long drought for Kansas City. I believe in being loyal to team, division, league, in that order.

It's not off to a great start. Bumgardner is tough. Royals run through the playoffs started with timely hitting, but that started falling off the last few games against the Orioles. Missed a good opportunity early in this one. No matter what happens in this series, these guys have brought baseball back to KC in a big way. I'm happy to see it.

A bit lopsided by the end...maybe it will get to be a more close contest as it progresses !

What a run by the Royals! AL champs and 90 feet away from extra innings in game 7 of the world series.

Reminds me of when texas faced the giants several years ago and lost also. I'm proud of the royals. All of the royal team helped them get there not just one player like the giants.

Great series. I hated to see the Royals lose, but I am so proud of our team! No one expected them to make it past .500, let alone to the wild card game! I'm extremely proud of where we've improved! Yet, even more proud of how our fans reacted following the loss. No rioting, no looting, no burning of anything.... Yet in SF, the pictures of the Flames were the first thing I saw!
