Stator question

Bike is not charging correctly. I have another thread about that. My question here is about the plugs to the two stators. The front one has three black wires and when I start the bike and measure the AC voltage at the plug I get 80 to 90 volts depending on RPM. That one looks good.

The plug behind that one has four wires a couple are black with yellow stripes. Those wires seem to be in pairs with about 480 ohms on each pair. I have not started the engine to measure AC on those wires.

Am I on the wrong plug for the rear stator or is it wired different than the front one?

Here is the man diagram. FRONT has 3 Y/BK to ALT 2. REAR has 3 Y to ALT 1.

If its hard to see I can send you the svc manual itself.

On of the stator output wires has an extra lead that goes to the fuse box. it triggers a relay to turn on the headlights.

I was on the wrong plug for the rear stator. See my other post titled "Living on the edge"

The rear stator is burned up.
