Are the Nomad rallies solely for adults?

LW,
You can request a FREE package from the state of south dakota that provides all kind of information to plan a trip and see sights. I live in east SD and have gotten one on multiple occasions before going out west. It really helps. My wife and I will be spending a week after the rally touring around the black hills seeing the sights from atop the Nomad. FINALLY!

You didn't have those at the West and Central Rally?? ?? No wonder you guys went home a day early

Only problem was, in West Virginia, the stripper pole was made from knotty pine

Thanks OP, I have already received the package from the state office of travel & tourism. I ordered it before the Central Rally when we had planned on heading up there afterward.

I know that the trip is about 1850 miles one way from where I live, but he loves being a passenger! He can't wait to ride himself! Can anybody answer this?

Welcome FF.

Every 13 yr old boy should experience seeing Nico and BD perform their antics at a Bike Rally. What better role models could you hope for?

Watch them close. If they ask your son if he likes gladiator movies. . . .

I will keep an eye on these two. Oh yeah! I don't know who they are yet! ;) I see I have a lot to learn!! :) I am having a blast getting to know everyone! I hope to meet some of you at the rally, if I can figure out how to get my little clan there.

I was thinking of doing something with my youngest 3 to bring them but momma put an end to that thought quickly, lol. She said "We ride to get away from them, remember?" Not that they are that bad or anything, just need some away time.

I can understand that, but he is the only one of four children still at home now, so momma is bringing him along. ;) My other 3 kids are grown, and two of them have kids of their own. The other adult child is in college. To be honest, I don't have anyone who could watch him for two weeks, including family. :-/ He's a mature preteen (he'll be 13 by the time for the trip), very articulate in speech, and very outgoing...a lot like his mother. ::) Most of all, he loves riding passenger on the bike! Its all good! Now that I have found a solo rider willing to carry me on his bike, all is better!
