Rally dates: June 9-13
Host Hotel: Super 8 Elkins, WV 350 Beverly Pike, Elkins, WV
Cost: $68.88 plus tax

Reservations are under VBA Southeast Region

Because of date change, our options were limited on places to stay. This is the first week of summer season according to a couple of the hotels I talked to about group rates/blocking rooms. The Super 8 has a breakfast room, laundry, refrigerators and microwave in each room. I have a block of 20 rooms for now, with a mixture of smoking/non-smoking, two bed and single rooms.

So the routine would be: check in Monday the 9th about 4PM and visit with the other arrivals. Tues, Wens and Thurs would be the actual rally days and then Friday the 13th is check out in the morning and head for home.
Have I got that about right?

We will get some routes planned for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or you can do your own thing. What usually happens is check in the night before, like at national rally, check out Friday. You can do whatever fits your schedule.

Well I'm sad. No way I can make this reunion of the 1st ever SE Rally. I will just be getting back from a week away and no way I can do another whole work week off. Hope it is great. Lots of great riding up there.
