I am looking at the bright side. I hate riding in rain. And the fellow that was coming with me is in his mid seventies in age and I would not put him thru that.

Thunderstorms are common daily this time of the year. Sometimes they come in and sometimes they don't. They may be in the area, but in the mountains they can be on either side. It's a crap shoot. Usually the storms are related to the humidity in the area. Hopefully, we will be lucky and miss them. Looking forward to meeting you guys. Ride safe and watch out for your friend. See ya there.
