Antenna swap

Has anyone tried using the short HD antenna in place of the Kawi one? If you heave replaced your antenna what did you get? I want to put a flag on mine but don't want the antenna too flexible.

Those are flexible rubber that would not support a flag.

I have checked around for flag holders but can't find any since I don't have a luggage rack.

Here's one but I don't know how good it works. There is a lot of wind force on the flag at 70-80 mph.

These have the smaller 6" X 8" flags, mine has the 10" X 15" flag. I like the larger flag to get the attention of the cager behind me.
