Revamped Classifieds Forum

Just wanted to let everyone know that the classifieds forum has been reworked so there are more-specific categories now, like "Complete Bikes for Sale", "Accessories & Parts", "Wanted to Buy" and "Misc for Sale".

I'm still working on moving everything around, but it will be done soon.
