Yep, that's exactly what I've been doing. Trouble is ... The closest Indian dealer is either Salt Lake City or Sturgis. Not very convienient at all...
There is a Vic dealer here in Belgrade, but they don't keep many bikes in stock. How's a guy suppose to test ride bikes if they don't have what you're interested in?

I think Action Motor Sports in Idaho Falls has a couple of Victorys. According to their web site anyway.

Hi Bud:
I rarely make it onto the forum as well (spending a lot of time on the NastyZ28 forum trying to learn about my Z28). In any event, Orofino was great. I have been talked into doing Sturgis this year and we are leaving July 31 for twelve days. I will miss you all for this summer's rally but Sturgis has always been on my bucket list and this is the 75th anniversary.
