One Week!

One week from today I'll be on the road to Kanab. planning a one day 479 mile ride. Meeting up with Stan in south LV nevada following him to St. George. He's peeling off to see family and I'm continuing to Kanab.

I keep going over the bike! Yesterday I scrubbed the injectors again thoroughly until my Q-Tips came out clean. Wiped it down again. lifted the bike and put 40lbs of air in the shocks, clicked the compression dial on 4. My bag liners are in the house and I'm going through my checklist:

Tools, spare wire, headlight bulb.
Tire Plugs with air
First Aid kit
Sun block
two sets of gloves
Cell phones, chargers
Charger for the Sena's
Laptop, charger.
Camera
GPS hooked up
All routes planned in my Android and Tom Tom GPS.

All I need to do is pack my stunning silk shirts and iron and and a special bottle of booze and cigars and I'll be set!

Naw,,,,, I'm not excited at all...............

Okay, Brad can explain to my wife the simplest way to iron long sleeve shirts. Seems my son is wearing cotton shirts to work and of course mom is still available. Heaven forbid he should do it himself.

Interesting I am not the only one packing in advance to avoid the last minute rush.
