To White wall or Not To White wall..Too White wall

I went ahead and did it. Ordered the white wall tires. I really like the look of this bike with these white walls on it. With the Mustang studded seat and backrest. The passenger backrest is the stock Kaw backrest that I took the cover off of and had the lady at the local leather shop add studs to so that it would match the seat.

Looks great! I love my white walls, but they do require a bit more maintenance and cleaning to keep looking good.

Ive always liked the look of whitewalls, to me its well worth the extra bit of scrubbing once in a while.

Like the look of whitewalls but I would rather ride than clean and my bike looks like it most of the time.

Thanks!

Yeah good question Russ, I'd like to know what you guys are using as well, I'm running Cobra Avon radials, but can only get the front in a WW, can you mix brands ok as I can get a Shinko for the rear in OEM sizing.

What's the pro and cons of mixing brands??

It's not like there were three quarter million other motorcycles, but I was there, too...

Your choices are limited, I'm currently using a Shinko, I had used Dunlop D404's & Cruisemax as well as ME880 Metzelers in the past.

I'm running Dunlop American Elites. Seem to perform much better than the stock Bridgestones and should last much longer. I've heard good things about the Shinkos.

Now THAT looks great! Love the white V on the tank, too. Very nice job.
