Why could the patches not be put in an envelope and sent by the postal service? Doesn't seem to me that would cost any more than a letter.

No, I made it to the post office too late today to talk with an actual person.

The patches will be put in an envelope and just mailed, and too Canada it may be fairly inexpensive. I'm just needing to verify the costs going over seas.

I try again on Monday during business hours and will let you know.

I tried running it through this USPS calculator Jared, and it doesn't look like more than a couple of bucks to even down here... but weight of the envelope would be helpful?

Looks like a single 2 oz patch would run about $ 1.36 to all points Canada in envelope first class.
