Hey, Joe. . . Any tips on K&N filters other than listed???
P.S. Max flow over $$$
Shipped it out today so you will see it there by Tuesday. I recommend the K-N as I make the stand off in the middle of the plate to accommodate that kit.

I'm just wrapping up the single intake install. It's not bad but I did have a panic moment Joe was able to quickly quell regarding the IACS tubes. My wife bought me a dremel for my bday and that made the job of getting rid of the crossover tube a 5 minute affair. I did the coasters at the same time and it is really cleaning the look of the bike up. I hate all this al gore crap on my bike. I just have to take the wife some dinner at work and pick up some zip ties and I'll be ready for a test run tonight...

Taranis, You really know how to kick a guy when 'E's down doncha Man i got PMS (parked motorcycle syndrome)

You just leave my La Batt's alone. I been at these since before they were Glacier Bay with a bottle opener on the bottom of each and every bottle and besides i can't get kick ass Brador here.

Sure I have to do a little dreaming, but Hell son, that's still legal, or it was last time I checked.

Hey Joe, Just got in my first ride with the new intake. I had it installed at Lynnwood Cycle Barn. They didn't get the right filter # from K&N so the Tech modified the dog bowl to clear the tank and use the K&N I was running on the left in the new intake. Looks good, but I'll still be in the market for the one you designed it for. Do you offer the right one separately for the single plate kit?

Rode about 125 miles yesterday, mostly on backroads. Most of the time in a T-shirt and blue jeans. Mid 70's. Rub it in, rub it in. :) Course in August you can't stand it here.

Does anyone have a picture of the left side of the bike if you install the single plate kit (no dog bowl)?

Cool Taranis. Thanks for the report. The kit is on my list along with a TFI. What altitude are you at in Grand Prairie Taranis?

Ok, one more question that I think was just answered, but i like redundancy like saving backup files. I like the symmetry that the two bowls gives the bike and I have the "live to ride" aftermarket ones anyway. I want to keep them but i think i want to go with the dual plate setup. I have a K&N filter in the left side now with the Cobra true dual mufflers. I do not have tfi or fuel processor. If I ordered your kit Chuckster, I would want to go ahead and have you supply the K&N filter that goes on the right. What else do I need or do I need anything else? At this point, I haven't worried about installing the coasters, but don't know. Would love the input.

Thanks,
T
