Hello All

Good morning all. I am new to the forums and wanted to say hello. I live in the DFW area and have been for the better part of 12 years. Came to Texas from New Hampshire were I did most of my riding. Sold my Harley prior to moving to TX and said I would never ride a bike here. Here I am 12 years later and back on the horse again, and It's good to be back. Anyone who has taken time away from riding knows what I'm talking about.

Picked up an 08 Nomad, red and black, and absolutly love it. Previous owner was my dad, who has since passed away, so the bike has some sentimental value. Very well taken care of with only 3k miles on her. My dad and I road together, and we had many debates over the Vulcan and the Harley cruisers. You were right dad damn fine machine.

See you on the Road.

Bob

Welcome Bob I rode through your area after I left the Antlers rally. I also own a black and red 08 Nomad and absolutely love it. I put over 3000 miles on it on the trip and it performed flawlessly. This is a great forum w a great bunch of people that I met for the first time at Antlers and am very happy I did so. I am very particular about how and who I spend my time with and am very glad to be part of the VBA

Bob, good to have you here. I traded my 08 Nomad Red and Black with which I toured a good part of western US. Pre-2009 Nomads are very nice bikes. It must be particularly special for you because its your dad's bike.

Welcome to the forums from Beautiful British Columbia.
