Dad is doing pretty good right now. He has good days and bad days. We take him to get a bite to eat 1 or 2 evenings each week. That gets him out of the house a little bit. He gets tired quicker than he once did but that's to be expected. We continue to have some funny moments that come up and will last in our memories in years to come.

Thanks for asking!!!

Your Dad is fortunate have familr around him who loves him and wants to share time and memories with him. That bond is a blessing for you all.

Thanks everybody. The Alzheimer's does manage to keep some of the humor for us. And bless his heart, he doesn't complain much about pains. Mom said he rubbed his rib area today and made an indication that it was hurting.

We went out to eat tonight. He fumbled around feeling his jacket pockets and such. We asked if he needed to use the bathroom and he assured us he didn't. He kept fidgeting a little, then reached in his pocket and pulled out the bedroom tv remote! We all giggled at that one including him. :)
