Damn if I hadn't paid my house off maybe I could get some of that money but since my house is paid for I guess I will just have to help pay for the people that can't or won't work and pay for their own.

After getting married, I rented for 4 years and lived in a 3 bedroom 14' wide mobile home for 13 years with 4 kids before I could afford to build my home. And I built a home that I could afford to keep if I somehow were to become unemployed. I see young people in the Houma/Thibodaux LA region building and living in 3,000 - 4,000 sq ft homes, driving 2 new vehicles, and sporting a 21' or larger bass boat or bay boat behind the 3rd garage door. Both have to be gainfully employed to meet the notes. If one becomes unemployed, the loans on the home and nearly everything else they are up to their eyeballs in will be foreclosed. I'd be willing to bet that this is what 80% of this bailout is for. People who are living beyond their means will eventually crash and the taxpayers will pick up the tab. I didn't see Louisiana in the list but if Zer-O doensn't lift this drilling moratorium soon we will be thrown in the mix.

Hard to say who's gonna be the recipiants of this round of "vote for me and live for free" They dont give enouch details to determine that but I'm sure it will come out as the money starts being dished out.

Could be:

A: the Barney Frank/Chris Dodd "right to get a house in America even if you cant afford one" group or
B: the "I live outside my means group" or
C: The "I lost my $100k a year job and am now a McDonalds asst mgr because of the economy" group.
D: My state supported Obama group
C: My state didnt support Obama group.

Maybe there are a couple other reason groups I am not pointing out too.....

It will come out eventually.

You know it is strange you never actually know or hear of anyone receiving this money. Where does it actually end up? Some politicians pocket?
