How are you liking the ride with them?

Dramatic difference. Finally feel like the bike fits me well. I have found that there is a difference in what is needed when you start riding ten hours on a bike. Bought the touring bike to tour. What is comfortable for three hours is significantly different than what is comfortable for ten.

It seems Chuckster doesn't list risers for the 1700s. All I see are for the older model years. He did update the air kit info though.

I just put a set of Voyager bars (1 1/4") on my 2011 Nomad using the stock Voyager risers. I'm trying to decide if I need something taller, but I like the bars better than the stock Nomad's.

That's funny...I actually prefer the swept back Nomad bars and am just now getting used to the Voyager bars. Chuckster does have risers for the 1 1/4 bars...

I guess it's all in the body proportions. I found the Nomad bars to be too wide, and I didn't like the angle of the grips. Dropping them down low helped, but I had to try something different. I thought about ape hangers, but I got lost in the endless options available. Maybe one day...

I also have the Chuster risers. Did a world of good with some minor tweaking. Added bennie was that I was able to see out of the mirrors now, since I am not a skinny person.
