Here we go......
Thanks for all the welcomes guys. I found this bike at road, track and trail in WI. Unfortunately, they called to tell me that even though I paid the deposit to hold the bike, and sent them a bank check for the balance, someone else had paid a deposit on it. Now they are telling me someone else may have the first crack at it. I'm NOT happy. When I said I just picked it up, I meant JUST. Now I'm watching my other options in case they wiggle out. Apparently the guy who made a deposit "before me", however that is possible, is being financed and hasn't picked it up yet. I told them I would wait until the end of the month or buy elsewhere. I live in MN, so I'm not riding it anyway, but I don't want to keep missing good deals on account of these kinds of shenanigans.
