Nomad Sport Bike

Just got logged into new site, hope this gets posted in Northwest but all are welcome. Slipped away from yard work Sunday at 4:00pm for a fast ride part way around Lake Coeur d'Alene to town of Harrison (37 miles on my odometer), wanted to see how fast I could make it... this is a Idaho Scenic Byway, 37 miles to Harrison, mostly 20mph and 25 mph curves the entire way........well, that good Nomad did everything I asked of it, Hard down shifts, rubbing floorboards, 60mph--down to 20mph---up to 80mph, hard braking. Made it to Harrison (37miles) in approx. 37 minutes..... my 52,000 mile 2003 Nomad had more to give. 100 miles round trip, was a fun late afternoon / early fall ride. Not a Sport Bike, but reminds me of just how well rounded the Nomad really is.
