OEM Licence plate assembly

Hey I need to go back from a solo lay down plate set up to a stock license plate set up and don't have my original stuff. I need everything reflectors and all.

Thanks, Cie

First, welcome to the Nomad Nation from the Grand Canyon State!

Second, you might mention what year of Nomad you need the parts for. I'm not sure all license plate mounting assemblies are the same across all years.

Third, you can look at the online parts fiche at www.cheapcycleparts.com and determine what parts you need. It's possible someone here may have them sitting on a shelf in their garage, it's also possible you may have to order all or some of them.

Welcome to KawaNOW, this is a great resource for Nomad enthusiasts.

This is why you hang on to all the stock stuff you take off. You never know when you may want to go back to stock ;)
I have mine but you can't have it.

Taken to an extreme it is a disorder though :)

I still have all the parts that came off my 99 when I put a Thunder air kit on, and that was 3 nomads back.

I hear ya Dan. I think parts from three bikes ago may be a little compulsive ;)
I ususlly keep the parts till I get rid of the bike they came off. Oh wait, I still have some things from my 650 Yamaha. :-[

Cie, First welcome from NW. Georgia. Like was mentioned earlier, check ebay. If you find someone that is parting out a bike, send the seller a question, and ask if he has one. From 2005 and up, they're all the same.
I have gotten a couple of parts this way. The seller said he didn't post it because he didn't think anyone would want it, and I got it at a good price too!

But anyway, welcome to the madhouse and as Cliff said keep an eye on Ebay. I got a lot of stuff on there also.

My Bad TC, I realized that after I sent it out. I have come across some good stuff on Ebay. I'm a retired cop and the razzing that comes from this forum is just like being around the troops so I am feel right at home!!!
