Thanks for the feedback. My new ignition switch came in today and I just finshed putting it on. It cranks and runs fine but it's been raining and about to get dark so I may wait till tomorrow to try it out on a road test. I have pulled the entire harness out looking for wire problems and haven't run across any chaffed wires, bad plugs or any other switch problems. The battery is fairly new and all the connections clean and tight. I hate these intermittent electrical problems! I would rather something catch on fire and destroy the part so I knew what the problem was. (I really don't want any fires though).
