Redjay; I think the Ultimate seats are made in Mississauga, you could probably ride out there and talk to them in person oneday.

I get the feeling Ultimate seats are made in Florida and they sell them in Canada from an office/showroom in Mississauga. I believe they have the option to try them before you buy but how long of a test ride ? Most seats are okay for a couple of hours.

Good lord, 6'7"? You're big enough to hunt bear with a stick!

With those long legs he should ride a R1200GS Adventure. A tall bike for sure.

2 hours was a long time on the stock seat and you should know too.

Last week I sold the Daylong seats that were on the stock seat pans I bought from you.
I am now contemplating Daylongs on my Voyager.

If it worked, I see no reason not to do it again.

Got my Rusell Daylong seat back. Sat on it for awhile. It is very comfortable. No more pushing on the jewels. I do sit higher and cant flatfoot anymore. So will get boots with good thick tread. I have a 30" inseam. This is an excellent seat for you longer inseam people. Will give you more leg room. I will have to raise my windshield up alittle.

Did you ask Daylong to move you back in the seat away from the tank ?

So, does it lean you back more or keep you in the same riding position just with more support?

I currently have the heated pillowtops on the Voyager for winter and use the gel seats for summer because I don't want to prematurely wear out the heated seats. For the summer I do put a sheepskin pelt on the seat to keep from sweating and some leather between me and the rear cylinder.

Redjay. I sit the same place as before. My arms are to short to sit back any farther. allready have 4" risers and VV handlebars.

TWA. No. Does not lean back. Very suportive. Feels like im sitting in a nice pocket instead of sitting on the jewels and thighs like the stock one did. It has the wings on the outer sides for suport. You need to scoot silightly forward when you put you feet down. someone said you can lower front forks in tripple tree.

Looks good. I am going to get both of my seats done but I am going to ask Daylong to move me back about an inch or more. At the end of a long day in the saddle I feel like I am sitting on the tank on the stock seat.

I felt like i was sitting on the tank to with the stock seat. I dont with this seat because im higher up. Im 5'9 with 30" inseam. If your taller it would be best to move back alittle.
