Does anyone use the kuryakyn cruise mounts for floorboards?

I am looking to put some cruise pegs on my vaquero and the floorboard mounts seem to be my answer. Was hoping for input on these and maybe some pics of how the look on the bike.
I do have the high way bar option . Any advice either way is appreciated.

I do know some members use the Kuryakyn highway pegs that mount to the floorboard, but I don't remember if any of them use them on a Vaquero. For sure on the nomads and they have always stated they like them.

They do mention that these mounts are for the Vaquero as well.

Yes , I was hoping that someone has put them on there vaquero or even the voyager.
One of my concerns is that it will take a bit of lean clearance away .

I use and love the Kury Tour Tech mounts on the crash bar . . . Very comfy for those times when you just want to stretch out . . .

I had them on a v star that didnt have crash bars when i got it. They did not really let me stretch my legs out much. More just change position. I took them off after i got bars. But then again different bike.

+1 to the above message, they are ok but don't let you stretch out. That is a common comment on those kind of footpegs. I would go with the Longhorn Offset Highway Pegs on the crash bars which is what I did on my Voyager. Same setup on the flooboards and crash bar I would assume.

I tried them on my Voyager and did not like them. 1. I have long legs and my toes caught on the mounts when I went to put my feet down causing some scary stops. 2. When I got them adjusted where I liked them they did scrape on curves. I took them off and sold them on Ebay and put pegs on the engine guard/crash bar. No trouble reaching them on the crash bar.

I just put them on my Voyager but I have a Mustang seat (seats you further back) and am 5'8 and could barely reach them so I ordered 4" extensions and haven't mount them yet. With the 4" they will be higher and give more clearance cornering IMO. I will say the floorboards flex if I put too much pressure on them (understandable).

Even with the longhorns I was sitting too far back to reach the pegs comfortably and ordered the Kuryakyn 4526 Tour Tech Long Arm Cruise Peg Mount and will see how that works as I think I will get the reach I need on the highway bars.

Thanks for the input. I went with the kury offsets for crash bar . Really improved the ride at cruising speeds.

I got a set from aeromach which mount on the floorboards on my 1700 Nomad. They work fine for me. However I am only 5'9".

I put them on my VN2000, and after a cross Canada trip, I can say I love them!
