We have a lot of used cars dealers here and they all have painters. Guess that won't help you much though. Try the yellow pages. That is where I start my search.

Doesn't seem like it would be too hard to find a great painter in that market.
Have you tried talking to all the different dealers or repair shops?  They will see a lot of custom-painted bikes come in for service and at shows. Once you get a few names give them a call to see their work and make your decision. Just a thought...
