I have a 205/60/16 on my 2012, same as yours. Quite a few runing a 196/60 or 55/16.

I don't care if you can...I would never put a car tire on a motorcycle. IMHO....if you are putting on a car tire to save money or to get more mileage then to me you are a cheap ass. If you can afford the bike then you should be able to afford the correct parts and gear.
