That's not so bad. eh.
That sound about like the temps we're enduring here in my beloved state of North Carolina this time of the year.

Here wo go mick.

Hey Mick, i went for a short ride tonight, to Beaulieu, about 2 miles from my place, a village owned by Lord Montague, he has a few thousand acres of pasture land, forest and the Beaulieu river, which you can see in one of the next set of shot,s, his ancestral home is Beaulieu abbey, which has a huge motor museum, his father was one of the first to own a motorcar in England, and therefore, the world. The pub you see is the Montague arms hotel, very posh and expensive, but some of us old shit kicker,s still get in the public bar anyway. While i was sitting on the bench on the village green a bloke rode by on a Vincent Black Shadow, with all the period gear on, not unusual round here, the museum has vintage bike/car rallies all the time.

More Beaulieu, it means beautiful place in french Those stone wall,s that you see are 12th century, as is the church, we got a few of them around here. That wooden rail in picture 3, i crashed a car through that one night about 35 yrs ago, ended upside down in the river, pissed as a fart, if the tide had been in i would have drowned, instead, 2 of my mate,s pulled me and my woman out and we went into the Montague arms covered in mud and snot, for more beer

More for mick

This is my local pub, The Old Mill, built in about 1600 as a watermill, it used to be a punishment house for the monk,s at Beaulieu abbey, those who got caught messing about with each other or the local kid,s i reckon Anyway ,there is an old tunnel that goe,s from there across Beaulieu heath to the monastry about a mile away, theres a trap door in the pub cellar that goes down to the entrance, but it was bricked up years ago.The bloke who owns the pub is a mate of mine, when i stopped to take these photo,s tonight, he gave me a black parasol from the pub garden to fix onto my trailer, dont like to see me sweat, good man. The third picture is the Royal Oak at Hilltop, half way between the Old Mill and the Montague Arms, dont have to travel far to get pissed here nipper
