Cool, then I will stick with my first answer. Kaw factory part number is 39156-1071

Thanks for the info. I see it is listed as a brake pedal pad. Just to be clear I am in need of the heel pad for the shifter.

I think I saw a kuryakyn pad for the rear that was a match for the one mentioned above over at jp, cruiser customizing, or Amazon.
Its a kuryakyn #4029, don't know if it comes with the rubber or not. I know the krator does though....look it up on Amazon, slightly cheaper, have a decent selection....
