Life sucks

A very good friend of mine, co worker and riding buddy at the ripe age of 51 had a massive heart attack on Monday cutting his grass on the front lawn and died. Ate all the right foods, worked out and worked hard at work, just goes to so you sometimes it doesn't matter. Left a wife and daughter behind which are taking it pretty hard, if you could prayers to them would be nice.
Thanks

Sorry to hear about that. There's more to it than just doing the right things.

I have a friend that at 45 had to get a 6 way bypass. He ran 5-7 miles a few times a week. He was an avid runner. He got pains in the side of his neck. Went to the doc, took an EKG and it wasn't normal. Did a stress test and they wheeled him directly into the OR practically. He would have been a dead man if he didn't see the doc. If you don't feel right, get checked out. Get your PSA checked too. I have another friend that got his checked and it was 109.

Sorry for your loss. Last year my riding partner had a massive heart attach in his sleep and died. It sucks for those left behind but at least your friend brought some happpiness into your life while he was here. We can't ask for much more than that.

Of course I send my deepest condolences to you and the family for your loss.

As it's already been said, and this doesn't make it any easier for those that are left behind, but you just never know.......when the "Big Guy" blows the whistle and says it's time to get out of the pool,...it's time to get out of the pool !!

Sorry again for your loss George.

How sad. Good example of why you should live every day as if it were your last.
My sympathies go out to his family and his good friend.

Sorry for your loss.
Your title says life sucks but actually life is good, it is death that sucks.
