Holy Crap! I would have figured that the front landing gear would not have been able to support the entire weight and impact of a landing jet aircraft, but obviously it can.

My guess - one hell of a head wind, enough when added to the plane speed and ground effect under the wings, was enough lift to try and pick the plane back up. Likely wasn't much weight at all on the front landing gear. And I imagine that pilot needed a fresh pair!
