In this tube and on everything i said to grease i use water proof marine grade wheel bearing / chassi grease, and not moly coat. i assume you are going to check the drive shaft the U joint and clean and moly coat all the splines. Moly coat to me is just CH joint grease and it comes in packets enough to do one cv joint.

And what it the real rusty bolt to the right for? I haven't been to the barn to see my 06 yet. Get deep creep on that 2 times a day and smack it easy with a 16 ounce hammer several times after spraying. Do not distort the head.

Do you have AIR?
got those out, once you have all the needle on the floor, the race is kind of soft, so a flat screwdriver modified to be sharp did the job, i did the same on the good side,

that rusted bolt thats actually loose, is the bolt that holds that ugly goatbelly,

I`m thinking of putting a zert like on the forum mod, but i wonder if a could just do spline on the long sleeve with my angle grinder and smooth it out after, ?

I see no advantage of installing a zerk for the long bolt. There is no point since the moly coat will be gone on the bevel gear spline the rear wheel to gear box spline, and the far end of the drive shaft spline.

AND I don't understand what this means: "but i wonder if a could just do spline on the long sleeve with my angle grinder and smooth it out after, ?"

Glad your repair is going well. Judging from the look of that 14 year old swing arm bearing you might want to take a look at your steering stem neck bearings next. Just sayin'...
