What does the McCuff do??

You put the McCuff in the tank opening when fueling and it keeps gas from splashing on the outside of the tank.
I am not sure I want to buy someone elses underware. Radco may be interested if they are thongs.

I only used the gizmo 2-3 times, and figured it was easier to just do it the coventional, splashy way.
