mechanic in Seattle

Hello,

I just purchased an 08 Nomad... I'm looking for a good, reliable mechanic for routine maintenance etc in the Seattle area (I'm on the east side).

Any suggestions?

I have been looking for the same (just a little south of you) in this area and have not had much luck. There seems to be very few independent shops around here or I am missing them. The dealerships are typical with long waits and expensive hourly rates.

I would suggest investing the time into this forum, Gadgets page, partszilla and some tools. You will find (as I did) working on these bikes is pretty easy. For what its worth, I am usually up for adventures in motorcycle mechanics if you need some help.

Thanks.

I will try to do my own maintenance work ongoing... but wanted to get the bike into someone who knows these bikes to give it a look over, maybe do an oil change and make sure everything is good with the bike.
