Check out GMan Industries ... I think he may have one for the Nomad by now. Last time we talked I believe he was still working on one. He fabricates good quality merchandise and stands behind his products.

Unfortunaly, Gary does NOT have a tank for the Nomad. The problem is in the plumbing. I tried to volunteer mine for R&D and it just didn't work out. Sure could have used an additional gallon or two. Oh, well.

But, the good news is that he is going to do the R&D for the Bulley controller on my V2K. And he'll do the pipe and air kit install for me. Cool. Waiting parts even as we speak.

Zoom45; looks like you could make that cooler on the back of your bike an aux-tank and go a long, long way.

I do occasionally haul a couple of the plastic 1 gallon jugs in it.

Yes it does. The box also fits on the back of my trailer. I ran out of gas at 90 miles one time pulling the trailer and was glad I had the extra gas with me. I had forgotten to switch my reserve valve back when I filled up so when it ran out it was out.

It's a piece of cake on a carbed model. FI is more complicated.
I just "t"d into the fuel line in front of the pump, added a filter and a switch to select between tanks. Works great!

I bought a quick disconnect for the fuel line that allows you to take off the tank if you choose to. I didn't install it since I put the tank in the trunk and saw no reason to remove it, but it is also quite easy to implement.

Audio, where did you get the tank from? I'm getting kind of interested in increasing my range 2 up. It stinks only getting about 130 miles or so and having to fill up.

That's exactly why I added the tank.

A 2nd 3.5 gal tank is not a bad idea, especially riding down here in Mexico. You can hit some roads where gas stations are a bit scarce.
